How we Ship All orders received Monday - Friday before 3:30pm Eastern Time will ship the same day. All orders are shipped via FedEx express saver service, unless otherwise specified. This service guarantees delivery within 3 business days. 2 Day and overnight service is available if needed. If you place an order on Friday, and need the shipment Saturday, please notify your sales representitive. We will not ship to P.O. boxes. Returns Either download our Return Authorization form here, or call 1-888-262-4644 requesting the form to be faxed. Once all of the proper information is filled out, please refax the form to (954) 327-5845. Once reviewed and approved, our returns department will then fax back the form with an issued RA #. Simply ship the product, with a copy of the form that you received from A.M.A.. All defective goods that were sold under 30 days from purchase will be accepted for credit. Any items sent back after 30 days from purchase will be swapped out for good merchandise. A.M.A. will not accept any return that does not have an RA# on the package issued by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
